Using Field
Why certifications sit to the side
Field roles are often filtered on tickets and vendor certifications. A sidebar keeps them visible on every glance while the main column tells the story of the work.
How to fill it
Under each role, give the territory or site count, equipment or systems you maintained, uptime or response times, and travel. Put certifications with the issuer and date in the sidebar.
When to pick another
For an office-based engineering role, Margin or Ledger are quieter. If a portal asks for a single column, switch to Ledger in one click.
Words to use
The layout is half of it. For the terms recruiters search for, see the keyword lists for devops engineer, sales representative and operations manager resumes.
About Field
What goes in the sidebar?
Certifications, skills, languages and awards. Experience, education and projects stay in the main column.
Should I mention a driving licence?
If the job needs travel, yes. In formats that show it, it appears in personal details; otherwise add it to Skills.
Is the sidebar read correctly?
Yes. Our tests check that the main column comes out first on every sample.
