How to fill it
Write bullets that match the criteria in the job pack: led, delivered, managed budgets, worked with ministers or the public. Give scale (budget, team, population served). Keep clearance or security vetting in Certifications if you may disclose it.
When to pick another
For US federal resumes with required fields like hours per week, add them in each role's bullets. For private sector roles, Ledger reads lighter.
Words to use
The layout is half of it. For the terms recruiters search for, see the keyword lists for project manager, business analyst and operations manager resumes.
