Using Crew
Why tidy and friendly
Customer-facing hiring looks for warmth and reliability. A symmetrical, tidy page suggests both, and one line per role keeps a career of seasons and contracts readable.
How to fill it
Lead with languages and safety certifications if the role needs them. Under each role, give passenger or guest volumes, service scores and incidents handled. Add availability or relocation in the summary.
When to pick another
For hotel management, Atlas or Executive read more senior. For retail, Counter is built around tills and stock.
Words to use
The layout is half of it. For the terms recruiters search for, see the keyword lists for customer success manager, sales representative and operations manager resumes.
About Crew
What goes on a cabin crew resume?
Customer service roles, languages with levels, first aid and safety training, and any swimming certification airlines ask for.
Should I add a photo?
Some airlines ask for one with the application rather than on the resume. Photos are not supported in templates yet.
Is one page enough?
Yes for most customer-facing roles.
