Using Site
Why one line per job
Trades careers are often a run of contracts. One line each (role, contractor, site) keeps the list complete and short, which is what a site manager wants to see.
How to fill it
Under recent jobs, name the type of work, project size, and safety record. Put licences, cards and tickets (CSCS, OSHA, electrical licence) in Certifications with numbers where expected and dates.
When to pick another
For a construction manager running large projects, Transit gives scope more room. For engineering graduates, Margin or Plain fit better.
Words to use
The layout is half of it. For the terms recruiters search for, see the keyword lists for project manager, operations manager and devops engineer resumes.
About Site
What certifications go on a trades resume?
Trade licence, safety cards (OSHA, CSCS), first aid, and plant or equipment tickets, each with the issuing body and date.
Should I list every contract?
Recent ten years, yes, one line each. Group older work under one line such as Various contracts, 2008 to 2014.
Is it fine on a phone?
The PDF is a normal page; recruiters can zoom. One line per job keeps it readable.
